These Terms set out the agreement between you and ClimatePro LLC when you browse, register or buy on climatepro.ae. Written in plain English, governed by UAE law and the courts of Dubai.

What you agree to when using climatepro.ae.
By browsing, registering or placing an order on climatepro.ae you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are 18 or older
ClimatePro sells to adults only. Account creation and orders are restricted to users aged 18+.
You are based in the UAE
Products are sold for personal use in the UAE. Delivery is to UAE addresses across the seven Emirates.
You provide accurate details
Name, +971 phone, delivery address and payment data must be correct so we can deliver your order.
Orders, prices & payment
How buying on climatepro.ae works.
Every price is shown in AED and inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed only when ClimatePro confirms acceptance and dispatches the product.
Order acceptance
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not form a contract. ClimatePro may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was clearly mis-listed, or if fraud is suspected.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed in AED through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. ClimatePro never stores full card details.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price you pay is the one displayed at checkout. Promo codes (e.g. CLIMATE10) are subject to specific conditions stated at the time of issue.

Shipping & delivery
Free shipping over AED 49, flat AED 30 below. 1–2 days to Dubai, 2–4 days nationwide with tracked delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Not allowed
- Resell, export or redistribute products purchased on the site
- Scrape, crawl or copy the catalog without written permission
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass site security
- Impersonate another customer or use false details
- Submit fake reviews or manipulate site ratings

The website, its content and the ClimatePro brand belong to ClimatePro LLC. You receive a limited, personal licence to use the site — nothing more.
Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, photography, copy and code on climatepro.ae are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute without our written consent.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access by emailing [email protected].
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ClimatePro’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites (manufacturer manuals, courier tracking, etc.). ClimatePro is not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of climatepro.ae after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Disclaimer of warranties
The climatepro.ae website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ClimatePro disclaims all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement — relating to the website itself. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights or the manufacturer warranty attached to each product.
