What you can return to ClimatePro UAE.

You can return any eligible product within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as it’s in original condition with all packaging, manuals and accessories. Before shipping anything back to our Dubai warehouse, request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by emailing [email protected] with your order number — we typically respond the same business day.

  • Sent back within 10 days of receiving the RMA
  • Quality issues beyond 14 days (warranty claim)

  • Excessively used, worn or modified items

Refunds

How refunds work at ClimatePro UAE.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued back to the original payment method — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay — within 14 business days. Bank settlement typically clears within an additional 2–5 days, depending on your card issuer.

Defective or damaged

ClimatePro covers the return shipping. The full product price is refunded within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Change of mind

You arrange and pay for return shipping. The product price is refunded (excluding any original shipping fee) within 14 business days of inspection.

Manufacturer warranty by brand, honoured in the UAE.

ClimatePro is an authorised UAE retailer for every brand listed below, so every warranty claim is processed in-country — no overseas shipping, no chasing global support. Coverage starts on the delivery date and applies to the original buyer with proof of purchase from climatepro.ae.

Replacement filters carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Performance degradation due to normal use is not considered a defect.

What is ClimatePro’s return policy in the UAE?

What warranty do ClimatePro air purifiers come with?

Air purifiers, humidifiers and dehumidifiers ship with the manufacturer’s standard warranty: 2 years for Blueair, Dyson, Coway, Levoit, Medify Air and Honeywell, and 1 year for Xiaomi. Replacement filters carry a 30-day defect warranty.

Who pays for return shipping in the UAE?

If the product arrived defective, damaged or not as described, ClimatePro covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer arranges and pays the courier back to our Dubai warehouse.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. ClimatePro does not charge any restocking fee on eligible returns. The original outbound shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Can I return an opened replacement filter?

No. For hygiene and performance reasons, opened or installed filters cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened filters can be returned within 14 days under standard conditions.

How do I claim warranty on a ClimatePro air purifier?

Email [email protected] with your order number, product model, serial number and 2–3 photos or a short video of the issue. We diagnose, repair, replace or refund — locally in the UAE — without shipping the unit overseas.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, ClimatePro LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Consumer rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Arab Emirates and is in addition to any protections granted by UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law.
