This Privacy Policy explains how ClimatePro LLC ("ClimatePro", "we", "us") collects, uses and safeguards information when you visit climatepro.ae, place an order, contact our support team or interact with our marketing. It applies to every customer in the United Arab Emirates and to international visitors browsing the site.

- We never sell your personal data — to anyone.
- We never store full card numbers or CVC codes.

Data we collect
The personal data ClimatePro processes.
Six clearly-scoped categories of data. We do not collect Emirates ID, passport numbers, biometric data or sensitive health information.
Profile data
Name, email and password used to create and access your ClimatePro account.
Logistics data
UAE delivery address, recipient name and +971 phone number used by our delivery partner to deliver your order.
Payment data
Tokenised card data processed by our PCI-DSS payment provider. ClimatePro never sees or stores full card numbers.
Technical data
Device type, browser, language, region and IP address — used to keep the site secure and responsive.
Usage data
Pages viewed, search queries, cart actions and session length — used to improve the catalog and checkout.
Cookie data
Necessary, analytics and marketing cookies, set in line with our Cookie Policy and your consent.
How we use it
Lawful, narrowly-scoped purposes only.
ClimatePro uses your data strictly for fulfilment, support, security and — with your consent — marketing communications. No automated profiling that produces legal effects.

Sharing & disclosure
Who can access your data — and why.
ClimatePro shares personal data only with the minimum number of vetted partners required to deliver your order and run the website securely. Every partner is bound by confidentiality and data-protection contracts.

Processes your card payment. ClimatePro receives only a tokenised reference.
Email provider
Sends transactional and (opt-in) marketing emails on our behalf.

Aggregated, pseudonymised website usage — never sold or used to identify you.
We may also disclose data to comply with a valid UAE court order, regulatory request or to protect the rights and safety of ClimatePro, our customers or the public — and to a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition (you will be notified in advance).

How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is active
- Order & invoice records: 5 years (UAE tax law)
- Warranty claims: duration of the manufacturer warranty
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it
- Analytics: 14 months, then aggregated
Children's privacy
climatepro.ae is intended for adults aged 18 and over. ClimatePro does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g. analytics, email) operate servers outside the UAE. When data leaves the UAE, ClimatePro relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards required by the UAE PDPL.
