Applies mostly to small accessory orders. The same flat rate is charged anywhere in the UAE.
Edge cases
When things don’t go to plan.
Undeliverable parcels
- After three failed delivery attempts, parcels return to our Dubai warehouse.
- Email [email protected] to arrange re-shipment within 14 days.
- Re-delivery caused by an incorrect address may incur an additional AED 30 shipping fee.
Order cancellations
- Cancel free of charge within 7 days, provided the order has not yet shipped.
- Quote your order number (format: CP-XXXXXX) when you write in.

How long does shipping take in the UAE?
ClimatePro delivers to Dubai in 1–2 business days, to Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi in 2–3 business days, and to Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah in 2–4 business days — all dispatched from our Dubai warehouse.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — every order above AED 49 ships free anywhere in the UAE. Below AED 49, a flat AED 30 rate applies.
Which courier delivers my order?
All ClimatePro orders are dispatched through our UAE delivery network. You receive a live tracking link by email at the moment of dispatch.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. ClimatePro is a card-only store — we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a secure 3-D Secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Not at the moment. We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
